Mo was given a very difficult listing. The selling partners were hardly speaking. The tenant was uncooperative and the lease was poorly written. There was also a cloud on the title to address. Mo rose to the challenge. He found a new tenant and negotiated to assign the lease. The new tenant also wanted to purchase the building as well. The final problem was to resolve the cloud on the title. Mo helped us find a good attorney. All of these things took over two years to complete. Mo stayed positive and helpful through the entire transaction. Mo was upbeat and professional from start to finish. I am a retired real estate broker and find Mo to be a cut above and I would recommend Mo to any of my clients.
