Mary Ann started her career in real estate in 2015 after a successful career as a Sales Executive with Hewlett-Packard. At HP, she was responsible for managing global accounts with revenues in excess of $2 Billion. Her skills in negotiating, planning, customer satisfaction and high ethical standards are a perfect match for helping clients buy and sell real estate. Though a native New Yorker, Mary Ann has been a resident of Manhattan Beach for over 25 years. he is very active in the community and enjoys showing off the beauty of the South Bay to clients that are new to the area. She has been married for over 30 years and has one daughter. Mary Ann has a BS in Business Economics from the State University of New York as well a certificate in Executive Education from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University in North Carolina. Real Estate designations include: Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and e-PRO Internet Marketing Certification.
