    Originally from Las Vegas, Kenward grew up in the neighborhood next to Casa De Shenandoah, the 39.5 acre estate owned by singer Wayne Newton. Such lavish properties like this had formed a lasting impression on him of what’s achievable in real estate. In 1988, Kenward relocated to California where his palate for West Coast architecture increasingly became more and more stronger. From the mid-century modernism of Palm Springs to the cliffs of the Hollywood Hills, he finds this mix of styles to be one of the pleasures of working in the real estate industry, along side being able to help others find what excites and resonates within themselves. Kenward is a west coaster with east coast drive and worldly adventures, having lived in Beverly Hills, Nashville, New York City, and Paris amidst his pursuit of creative endeavors. From the time of being a teenager he was in record company meetings with Atlantic, and Geffen. When the music business underwent changes, he took initiative to manage his own career and brokered licensing deals for his music to CNN, ABC, and MTV Networks. His enthusiasm for the arts is one that is mirrored with all his pursuits. He is always ready to deliver a personalized and professional service to his clients, and prides himself on being available 24/7 to provide solutions for buyers and sellers alike.
