Karina
Pacific
Los Angeles is a large city with many different pocket communities, each with its distinctive feel, charm, and features. Karina Pacific has an inherent knowledge of them all and is committed to helping her clients find the perfect fit. Having lived all over the city and over 20 years in The Southbay, she has acquired reliable knowledge and a robust network, as well as extensive local Manhattan, Hermosa, and Redondo Beach Cities market experience and insight. She is well-acquainted with everything each community has to offer -- she truly has a passion for the region. Karina's priorities begin with her clients, and she genuinely wants to help them get the most out of their real estate experience. Karinas is an effective negotiator. She also uses the latest marketing strategies and technologies to personalize the specific needs of her clients. Whether buying, selling, or leasing, Karina will help you feel at ease and comfortable while ensuring you have a fulfilling and memorable experience. In addition to finding you the perfect house in the ideal neighborhood, Karina is also a certified Classical Chinese Feng Shui consultant. After using the standards of Feng Shui to help solve a dinnertime struggle with her “Troublemaker” husband (there’s a story there -- just ask!), Karina wanted to help others leverage their home energy potential and enhance their health, prosperity, and relationships. Karina works with her clients to provide a personalized plan to help improve and harness the energy in their home or office. Karina was born and raised in Mexico and immigrated to the United States as a tween, where she immediately fell in love with Los Angeles. Coming to LA from her hometown, Karina has a unique perspective on the city and can use this insight now as a realtor. She appreciates the opportunities that the land of dreams can offer and works to give back to the community that embraced her and made her feel at home. Believing that every child has the right to a happy, healthy, and safe childhood, Karina works closely with The Richstone Family Center, a non-profit dedicated to preventing and treating child abuse. She is also involved with Younglife, a youth mentoring non-profit, as well as many others that find themselves in need of volunteers.
