He has successfully worked with Prudential Life Insurance to close 44 escrows for land assemblage and redevelopment worth $100 million in North Hollywood and had completed trans actions in Beverly Hills including 310 North Rodeo Drive, 9200 Wilshire, 8484 Wilshire and the Beverly Hills Fine Arts Theatre. Brian has also managed high net-worth family portfolios and served as Consultant or Broker for residential developments such as the Mirabella, Dorchester, Park Glen, and the Westvale. He has spent six years as an Asset Manager for a Beverly Hills 10-story high-rise office building. Brian was instrumental in the construction of the Hustler Casino in Gardena.
