Colleen Courtney Cole was born and raised in the South Bay. Her family, the Courtneys, are lifelong Hermosa Beach residents, neighbors and philanthropists. Having graduated from USC in business, managed large accounts at an LA ad firm for over ten years, and launched traditional and online campaigns for successful startups, Colleen has the foundation, fortitude, and fervor for real estate.
